I am Syrine Koubaa, the soulful visionary behind RUH, a brand born from a tapestry of love, loss, and legacy. My life's journey has been as rich and varied as the lands I've called home – from the bustling streets of London and Paris to the sun-soaked avenues of Los Angeles, and now the vibrant crossroads of Dubai and Tunis.

But it was in the quiet groves of Sfax, Tunisia, under the dappled shade of ancient olive trees, where my true calling whispered to me. The sudden loss of my father was a shattering yet a pivotal moment. It was a reminder that amidst the ceaseless flow of life, our roots and family bonds are our true north.

My first return to the olive harvest after his passing was a moment of profound awakening. Amidst the centuries-old olive groves, a place where time stands still, I found a connection to my past, a sense of purpose that had eluded me before. This experience was the genesis of RUH, a name meaning 'soul' in Arabic – a tribute to the soul of my father and the soul of the olive that binds us.

Previously, our family's olive yield was sold in bulk, a practice I felt did little justice to our rich legacy. With RUH, I am on a mission to elevate our heritage, transforming our olives into a premium product that speaks of quality, tradition, and emotion. I envision RUH as a bridge bringing the essence of Tunisian olive oil to the global stage, allowing the world to savor not just the taste, but the stories and soul of our land.
