At RUH Olive, we take pride in the quality of our olive oil and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While issues are extremly rare, we do accept returns under reasonable circumstances.
Returns & Refunds:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are available for defective or incorrectly described products.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to cover processing.
How to Request a Return:
Email hello@ruholive.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received and reviewed, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
We replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at hello@ruholive.com for assistance.
Final Sale Items:
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
